Not sure if it will fit?

Measure the space you have and allow extra around the tank for the valves and pipework, and above it for the element and anode.

Size — drawn to scale

Width is the tank on its own. Allow room around it for the valves and pipework, and clearance above for servicing.

Need installation?

A cylinder has to be connected by someone licensed. We are, and we do it ourselves rather than passing you to a contractor.

Labour

Rheem mains pressure stainless steel: 10 year cylinder, 3 year cylinder labour, 1 year parts.

Commercial installs get less. The figures above are for a single family dwelling. Renting the house out does not change that, and neither brand decides it by who lives there. What does change it is the use, or one cylinder serving more than one dwelling: a salon, a catering kitchen, a care facility, a block of flats on a single cylinder. In those cases the manufacturer's cover drops to 3 year cylinder, 1 year cylinder labour, 1 year parts.

The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one, so if we fit it the full warranty stands.
