Identical to the natural gas model but configured for LPG, for homes that run on bottles rather than reticulated gas. The two are not interchangeable, so it matters which one you order — if you are not sure which you have, send us a photo of your bottle setup or your gas meter.

Rinnai INFINITY A-Series: heat exchanger 10 years pro rata, other parts 3 years, labour 3 years. Fitted with a Rinnai controller that becomes 12 years pro rata and 5 years on parts.

Commercial installs get less. The figures above are for a single family dwelling. Renting the house out does not change that, and neither brand decides it by who lives there. What does change it is the use, or one cylinder serving more than one dwelling: a salon, a catering kitchen, a care facility, a block of flats on a single cylinder. In those cases the manufacturer's cover drops to 1500 hours or 1 year, whichever comes first.

The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one, so if we fit it the full warranty stands.
