What does change it is the use, or one cylinder serving more than one dwelling: a salon, a catering kitchen, a care facility, a block of flats on a single cylinder. In those cases the manufacturer's cover drops to 1 year on all of it.

The labour cover depends on who installs it. Manufacturers only honour it when the cylinder was connected by a licensed plumber. We are one, so if we fit it the full warranty stands.
